any item you buy from us through this online store, please contact our Customer Service group
to arrange for a refund or replacement. Seasonal (Holiday) products
are non-returnable.

Any item can be returned to us provided it is unused and in the
original packaging.
1. We will accept returns provided you have requested a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department by calling
us at 484-879-6456 or toll-free 877-364-8697, you may also e-mail your request
to fatcathelp@dogtoys.com with the reason for your return. We will not
accept any returns without a valid RMA. if you did not purchase your Fat Cat item from this online retailer you will need to contact Petmate directly regarding your items.
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. Orders returned after the 30 day period or without an RMA number will
be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
4. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return
the item(s) to us.
5. Foreign orders are non-returnable.
6. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable.
7. Open videotapes and DVDs are non-returnable.
8. Open treats are non-returnable / non-refundable.
9. If your item is defective you must call us at 484-879-6456 or toll-free
877-364-8697. Sorry, no return request for defective items will be accepted
via email.
10. Orders which have been refused by the customer at the time of
delivery or come back to us marked "Return to Sender" are subject to a
$6.95 handling charge. 11. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the RMA clearly marked
on both the invoice and the outside of the box. Also be sure to include a
note as to why you are returning the item(s). Or if you wish to exchange the
